Stuff going on…

Hi,

lately there is a lot of stuff going on, so I thought I’d write about that on my blog.

First off, I’ve been mentioning Jozii his TMX monthly contest for about two times now. I created two tracks to take part in that competition. Guess what, I finished second place in the rankings of most awarded tracks. Check here, and go to page 7.

Furthermore, I’m working on a couple of tracks.

SnowDown

I created another new track for Trackmania United, called ‘SnowDown’. This track is created for the Tmx Competition.
Just like TechRecipe, this track was created for march’s edition (themed: complex) I don’t know if this is the best snowtrack out there, but I like it. I will make some more snowtracks, because I like that environment.

Two releases on nations

Hey people.

I think I should post about two tracks I released on nations about a month ago. It appears that alot of people missed them, while they are actually great fun.

Reviewing the environments

Somebody tell me why:

- The stadium has no audience.
- The stadiumlights are on at day-time.
- Tv-screens in the stadium always show an advertisement.
- The sand in the desert never moves, while the dirt in the stadium does.
- An Island track can still be floating above the water.
- The snowtracks never melt when you play them in the summer (okay, that one sucked)
- The Bay-environment looks more like an industrial place rather then a city.
- The Bay environment should be something with canyons, seashores and cruiseships, but isn’t.

Tech recipe and movie

Hi folks,

I created a new track for Trackmania United, called ‘Tech-Recipe’. You can of course grab this track from TMX, here is a link to the trackpage. I created this track a while ago, but I was holding it back so it could be uploaded in the next TMX competition. March’s edtition, themed ‘complex’, hopefully matches this track.

I messed with the ingame recorder and a nice movie turned out. Detailed information and a link to the video can be found by clicking below.

Worms?

I can imagine that my first visitors will be people playing Trackmania, either Nations or United. I used to be a hardcore online worms player, but I can understand why people question the fun factor in worms. Here is a little more information for you to read, there’s also a link to a moviefile. This shows what the game is all about, it’s really worth watching
